Communication and the contact form

We process your name, company, email or phone number, the content of your message and, if you give them, your preferred way and time to meet, to answer your question, arrange a meeting and prepare a proposal (GDPR Article 6(1)(b): steps taken before entering into a contract). We keep the data for 2 years after the last contact and then delete it.

Messages from the form go into the Aera company system, where only Aera can see them. We do not store your IP address.

If sending fails and the form opens WhatsApp, you send the message yourself from your own WhatsApp app, and WhatsApp's terms apply to it as well.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use marketing cookies and does not track you on other websites, so there is no consent banner here. Fonts and scripts are loaded from our own server. If we add visitor statistics, they will be cookieless and will not build a profile of you.

Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data, restrict its processing and lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (dvi.gov.lv). Write to: info@aera.lv.
